Terms & Conditions

To ensure correct information is collected and only authentic - quality service providers are listed on LookMeUp, the Service Providers are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Registration

    1. Valid Personal Identification Documents are mandatory.

    2. Minimum Subscription Period is of 6 months. Refer Pricing Plans for details.

    3. After registration , the Listing would be available in 3 working days time. 

    4. Once the Listing is uploaded for any major changes, 100 THB per change would be charged. The changes must be reflected within 1-2 working days.

  2. The Service Provider of the Month Reward : 3 Month Subscription Fee is waived off.

    1. This is for a Service Provider with highest positive comments and rating of 5.

    2. The Service Provider should encourage customers to rate them on LookMeUp :) 

  3. Subscription Renewal

    1. An Email of renewal reminder would be sent , 2 weeks before the expiry date.

    2. Subscription must be renewed one week before the expiry date.

    3. In case of no reply, the Listing will be removed within the grace period of 7 working days.

  4. Subscription Termination : Consumer Ratings and comments would decide the renewal of subscription as that indicates the quality of the Service Provider.

    • ​Immediate Termination for a rating equal or below 2 by 3 or more customers with 50% refund of remaining period of subscription.

  5. ​LookMeUp reserves the right to suspend or cancel a listing account without any prior notice.

  6. LookMeUp is not responsible for any Customer Vs Service Provider communication. However, if brought to notice, any illegitimate action by the Service Provider would lead to immediate cancellation of subscription with no refund.

  7. LookMeUp reserves the right to make amendments in its Terms and Privacy Policy at any given point of time.​
